Water Aerobics

Operating out of the Gold Country YMCA Pool location at 350 Race Street , downtown Grass Valley just outside Memorial Park. NASM Master Trainer Coleman Welch utilizes the popular “Tabata” sprint interval training to run an all-encompassing 2-day aqua fitness program to target full body strengthening, core, and cardio fitness. Never before has aqua aerobics been this effective in managing weight, joint health, and overall strength.
